President Jerry Johnson called the meeting to order at 1010. He initiated the discussion by explaining why the Chairman of the Board Dan Druen was not able to attend the meeting and had expressed his desire to not be on the Board of Directors. Pat Hughes said he would accept the position as Chairman. Lloyd Ulrich and Bob Slater also ask to not be a Board Member. No new members are needed nor named. The new Board of Directors will be:

Pat Hughes - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Glenn Carus - Director
Sam Hollenbeck - Director
Robert Matasick - Director
Alonzo Walter -- Director
As directed by the constitution The President is also a Board member.
J R Alley will be President and Jerry Johnson will be Vice President.
Richard Geiger is stepping down as Treasure and John Martin will be the new Treasure.

Larry Davis discussed the reasons for the incomplete Sabre Jet Classics and late mail delivery recently. Essentially, the problem was the severe cold effecting the printing machinery, and the Post Office incompetently handling an internal policy change, resulting in excessively late delivery. The problems appear to be solved.

Richard Geiger presented the Associations financial report, emphasizing a sound and adequate financial condition.

It was reiterated that closing the Flight Line Store was a good and accepted by all. The meeting was adjourned at 1054.
